Giving and Receiving Resilience Training
Why Attend This Training

You will learn to:

  • Use Mindfulness Meditation and Qigong techniques to improve inner resilience.     
  • Prevent compassion fatigue (burn-out) and strengthen the therapeutic relationship.
  • Transform the challenges of complex clinical situations into a source of inspiration.

 Four day-long workshops, each with a clinical topic 
Burn-out prevention - Chronic Pain - Trauma - Grief and Loss


Attend either one, two, three, or all four day-long workshops

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants
